Leia - unexpected action shot


I like this picture..a little dark and the tip of her tail is missing, but I was surprised to get it! She was sitting in the high window birdwatching and as I was taking a pic, she turned and jumped down to the mantel ....thought it would just be a blur, but the camera caught it! This little Nikon Coolpix is a good camera; thanks again to those who recommended it!

Coming from you, I appreciate that! She's a good girl {knock wood!), has never broken anything! I don't think this little camera has any of those adjustments for speed that you were explaining a while back after that birds-in-flight pic, and if it did I probably wouldn't know how to use them, which is why I was so amazed that this didn't turn out blurry!
