Perfume and power tools - what do they have in common?The only time you see them advertised on TV is at christmas time. Perfume for the men who can't think of anything else and power tools for the women who think 'hey, If I get him one of those he'll do all the DIY jobs round the house'

never noticed that before, but you're right! My OH has hundreds of powert tool but no jobs ever get finished for some reason, loL! |

Graham just does loads of DIY stuff around other peoples houses, if I ask him to do anything here, what a blooming hoohaa there is. He's only been building a wardrobe for 2 and half years here  But if one of his mates calls up, he's there in a flash getting the job done |

Good point; I'd never noticed that! With no man around the house, I once startled a guy friend of mine when he asked what I wanted for Christmas, and I said a tool box!! Well, I needed one! The look on his face was priceless! ( I got it!!) |
