Roverian Chronicles: Grey meets Red.

There I was, sunning on my window-perch when an odd scratchy noise interrupted my slee... deep ponderings. Lead-end, now off her lead, vanished with cries of "camera!" which she doesn't usually do. She's more of the sneaking-up-when-you're-least-expecting-it kind of nuisance. I look down and in my amazement of the unmitigated *gall* fall off the perch. There's this **thing** on my windowsill, calmly peeling and eating sunflowerseeds:

I snuck up - no reaction, batted the window - it turned around and ***continued eating***. I really tried hard to get it to run away, but it didn't. So I decided I was probably dreaming and went off to the kitchen to see if there was some food for me as well. Only cat-food. It still tastes like cat-food when your dreaming - just in case you're wondering. Waste of time.

It is good.
Watch out for those feisty little chaps - there was an article on the news yesterday about a woman being attacked by a squizzie

Great pic, great commentary!!! And DM is right, the little B******s DO bite on occasion!! I don't want anything with teeth that can crack a black walnut anywhere near me or my cats!! (Not that I'm the least bit predjucided, of course )
