Roverian Chronicles - yoga-edition.

Rover's obviously been listening to Ninja (taking lessons in secret?).

Starting with a light warm up. The Extended tail-whip, like so:

And relax. Next the first break for refreshments - have to stay hydrated
and this grass will do nicely:

Remember to chew thouroughly, but swallow a few whole blades for
effect when voiding it later for dramatic effect.

We link straight into this, which the humans call the Cobra-pose,
but they're just kidding themselves. I give you, the great stalker:

One last outside pose, the complaint:

Remember to breathe out fully - let's see those ribs. Inhale to 2/3
capacity and again. You may hiss instead, if your human reacts in a more
funny way to that.

The last, and most advanced pose is the Ninja-inspired curl-with-no-front-paws.

Note the right-angle effect of the tail and the chin lightly rested on the back
paw. If you can fit your other back paw onto a human face at this stage,
your pads will stay nice and warm as we go into the cooldown from here.
This pose can be held for hours on end by the professionals, and will
leave you nicely relaxed and able to deal with the huge meal you will
demand after all these strenuous exercises.

And this concludes our first lesson.
