Another sad day

Picked up the old boys ashes today. Made me cry again.
Feel better now though, after having a long walk in the rain.

Re: Another sad day

awww Hugs to you Elaine

I couldn't look at Lucy's photos for quite a long time afterwards and I spent quite a few hours down the garden where she is buried. My little angel has now got snowdrops growing on her plot.

Cry all you want to, in time it did help me and I am hardly ever sad when I think of her.

No words can take away your pain, Elaine. Just remember all our thoughts are with you and in time you will smile again at his memory.

Hugs, Kay.

Re: Another sad day

Bless you Elaine - things should start to get better now, and you've got Winston home and you can talk to him whenever you want.

I have Ferdy's ashes in a wooden cat-shaped ornament; I still say night-night to him, and he sits on the dresser in the dining room which is the room all the other cats spend most of their time in. So he's with old friends so to speak.

Hugs to you.
