Holiday pics... surfers (notme)

We have been away in cornwall and visited watergate bay around teatime, I couldn't believe the amount of surfers in the water it must have been freezing out there. Here are some pics taken hope you like them and thanks for looking.

This was in a bay at newquay, before watergate bay and they were doing rescue practices.

Two girls just going out as we arrived.

The light is dropping now giving an overall blue look to the pics.

Don't know what happened here but thought this one funny.

What lovely photos Deester, I hope you had a good time in Cornwall...

I don't think I would have been brave enough to go into the sea in this weather!! Was that Fistral Beach.....that looks like the Headland Hotel in pic 3. We have been there many times, lovely beach and I believe they hold the world championship surf comps there too...

Thank you for sharing them with us!

Fantastic; I love the 'blue' pics they are most atmospheric!!

As for the surfers . . . barking mad - there is no other explanation

I was freezing taking the pics on the beach... as you all say they must be completely bonkers being in the sea. Mags the beach was watergate bay just outside newquay, Jamie oliver is opening a new 15 restaurant there apparently. Thanks for all your coments.
