Snoring for Sufferers

As started in the Sleep Promotion Tips thread; I thought I'd keep a log of how the AntiSnor accupressure ring works (or not)
It's just a silver ring, worn on the little finger, which presses on the appropriate pressure points.

Here's the leaflet; sorry it's huuuuuuge, but at least it's easy to read!

If it works it will replace Breathe Right strips, which are not cheap and have to be used every night, and a mandibular devise - bit like a gumshield, which is supposed to stop the mouth falling open and airway going slack (and resonant!). I know which I would rather wear/use each night.

Supposed to take maybe 2 or 3 days to settle in, so I'll let you know.

If I'm ratty as heck and have dark rings under my eyes tomorrow you'll know we've had teething problems!

Maybe you should wear ear plugs until the ring starts working DM!
