Pastel workshop - for the budding artist

One of my most favourite pastel artist is running workshops in the UK this year, she lives in Canada and is coming over to the UK this year.

If anybody wants to join her workshops here are the details, most of the course are three days, I am trying to get myself down on her May course in Sudbury, please please checkout her work it is totally amazing and she is a fantastic lady

If anybody is remotely interested in giving pastels a go I would recommend Dianna's workshop.

Re: Pastel workshop - for the budding artist

Fran that drawing is amazing, Cat nap is totally awesome as well To get such life into a pastel painting is a work of art in itself, when I first saw her paintings I was totally and utterly bowled over, she refers to me as the cat lady !!! lol because of how many cat drawings I have done, to do one of her workshops and meet her will totally make my year, I cannot wait!!!! lol

Jac you would be surprised that you can do with a little patience and a little tuition Even if you don't produce what "you" consider to be masterpieces if you get an enjoyment out of it it is certainly worth it, and art is a strange beast at the best of times, what somebody dislikes, another person will rave about, I don't think you can go wrong with art really.
