What are you having for your dinner tonight?

thought it would be an idea to have one of these threads and add to it, well at dinner times, as we like to have an insight to one and other.......
so tonight we are having beef casserole, with winter vegetables and dumplings, the smell of it cooking right now is driving the cats insane, and then the smell of pudding which is a chocolate sponge, hand made by moi earlier is making the dogs a little to willing to please.
so what are you having for your dinner tonight?

We're having 'griddled cold-smoked salmon fillets on puy lentils with nutmeg-dusted spinach', as a poncy recipe would say! It's one of my favourite dishes, minimal preparation, cooked in less than 40 minutes, not much clearing up and it's really yummy (and it's good for you - omega-3 fish oils, low GI and vitamin C and fibre )
Bon appetit everyone, whether you're having a feast or fish'n'chips (and there's something to be said for both of those)

Asda's meal deal currys are the best imo. Especially their Tandorri chicken massala

Tonight we had cheese and chestnut mushroom omelette cooked by hubby. It was yummy!!

Emma it was delicious, as Fran says Asdas meal deal curries are the best. Oh had the hot Chicken Tikka Masala and I had the normal strength, it was sooo good and so cheap. We go to Asda for the curry then shop at Tesco
