Pork potstickers. Brussels sprouts, kim chi & pickled cauliflower. Easter will be ham & cabbage with pickled beets; a whole ham just isn't practical for a single person. I buy one of those 1 pound Plumrose Danish hams; they're delicious & freeze well...ham sandwiches whenever I want one! Happy Easter, all!!

I love rhubarb crumble but hubby doesn't like rhubarb so I don't bother making it just for one If you have any left over DM I'll be down to collect it!

Re: What are you having for your dinner tonight?

Leia & Patches both became QUITE interested as I was taking the ham out of the tin, so they both got a little for as appetizer...probably not the best thing to feed cats but they loved it; Patches has ben eating picky lately so it was good to see her enjoying it!!
