Yola I do see and totally agree with your assessment, and God knows how it is necessarily as there has been so much abuse in the past, and I would prefer to be turned down for one of these raisons and not over the phone.

Never mind they will still get money and food from me.

Thanks for the replies, it does make sense to home check it`s just that i had never heard of it before and it seemed a rather strange thing to have to do to get a pet.
