Re: Trying Tuesday

Hmm, not sure what happened there, I thought I posted earlier but my post appeared after DMs news?!?
Glad I can uncrossed bits now and hope this bodes well for my friend tomorrow.
Squirrel, I had a similar bout of exhaustion and insomnia a few years back. One thing I tried with the insomnia was to have a notebook by the bed so if thoughts were bugging me I could write them down to worry about in the morning. It sounds daft but it did help.

Tried to phone the dr about results for last weeks blood test today (I was supposed to get a call when they got back, but that was supposed to be in 3 days...). I'm guessing that means they came back as 'normal' which means following up with another appointment to check out other possibilities... Bleh.

Hmmm irritating must say I have experienced something like this but unlike you I knew why I was worrying "I was ill" must be irritating to not know why you can't sleep. I found the night time was the time I had to think (too much though and no sleep)
I think the idea of a book by the side to write things down is good. I found that a wind down routine helped a walk, a bath, bit of a read or listen to music, a drink like drinking chocolate, keep the room dark and now no tv no radio. And best of luck.
