Re: Daily thread ~ Mother's Day

I've had a very enjoyable day ...... four Mother's Day cards including 2 home-made ones from Katie and Jamie (always special when they make the themselves!), some gorgeous flowers, chocolates, Take That CD and a CD-ROM "The Multimedia Guide to Cats". Our meal at lunchtime was lovely and any diets went out the window!! My daughter and I were thoroughtly spoilt all day by our menfolk.......... and so we should be!!

Hope everyone else enjoyed their day!

Re: Daily thread ~ Mother's Day

We went to Weston Super Mare...........I got toally wind swept and was caught up in a sand storm, we couldnt walk - we had to all battle the wind and hold on tight to each other, my Daughter nearly got wiped off her feet.

Lots a shampoo tonight, we are all covered in sand in places like our hair, ears and noses - nice!

We ate fish and chips and mushy peas, well it has to be done in Weston lol.

Drove home in the rain British weather eh? x
