I am beginning to wonder if a couple of the babies might be Seal points. I hadn't considered this as a possibility but looking further into the parents' genetics it is actually possible and a couple of the babies have very dark nose leathers and rims round their ears, pads on feet are darkening too. I know blues can colour up quite early but a couple of these babies seem to have really dark nose leathers....
All babies gained weight again..
Tiny is now a very respectable 95g :cool: and the biggest baby weighs in at a whopping 150g :shock:

It's only a possibility Kazz, they could still turn out to be blue, it's just the depth of colour they have at this early age that made me think...

:lol: Well, I'm now thinking that Tiny is infact a girl as first thought :? and it looks like he/she will be either chocolate or lilac point. So you may have to choose another one Charlie :-D

Lilac or Blue are my faves, so either would be good for me!!! ;)

I'd love a show quality neuter, so we're keeping an eye on them to see how they grow.
(Plus it would be nice for my Abi to have another Meezer to chat to; I do think that they like their own kind.)
Needless to say they are all gorgeous anyway though!!!!!!! ;) :-D
The babies are so gorgeous, Fran, and Ria looks every part the proud mum. Well done Ria and of course you. I can't wait to see them.
The babies will be a week old tomorrow :shock: Gosh it's flown by! I don't want to use flash photography at the minute with the babies just opening their eyes so I took some video footage. It's not the best as I'm not too technical with the video camera plus which it's quite dark as I didn't know how to put it onto the night time setting :roll: but you can get an idea of what they are like

Simply gorgeous!!I am definitely getting broody too!
I have my sound up full and Merlin heard them meowing and came right up to the comp screen...:lol:
How utterly adorable!!! They make me feel all warm and fuzsy - little darlings!! The squeeks they all make are just the sweetest :D
BTW - I love Tom's Titanic clip . . . . (nosey old me) ;)

Awwwwwwwww thats all I can think, they are gorgeous, simply gorgeous, I am so broody now, I want one, love them all x
The babies are 8 days old today, they get more active as each day goes by. They play/fight with each other now but the best bit is listening to them all purring madly as they are feeding from mum :cool:
The biggest of the litter is now a whopping 200g :shock: and Tiny is catching up fast now and weighs a respectable 145g.
I'm almost certain that there are 2 girls and 3 boys. 3 will definitely be blue or Seal and 2 will be chocolate or lilac.

The blues/seals colour up very early on but I still can't tell if they will be one or the other of these colours yet. The two that are going to be lilac / chocolate, haven't really coloured up at all but I know that these are the only other colours I can get out of this mating so they have to be one or the other :lol:
I think originally I thought that there were two girls and 3 boys and although I have had my doubts since then, today I do feel my original thinking is correct. There's time for the sex change fairy to visit us again though :roll: :-D

Yes Mags, Tiny is a girl and chocolate point and is the surprise kitty here as she didn't look at all show quality up until now and at this point she is looking one of the best, her top of head is amazing! :shock: The first kitten under these look promising is the lilac point, I like the look of this kitten too. Will know more when Mildred's breeder comes over to take a look in a couple of weeks time ;)

I know which one you are fancying, so I will let you know. I have sent some piccies to Bliss's breeder who may be interested in one of the babies also, I'll deffo let you know what she thinks and then Mildred's breeder is coming in a couple of weeks or so and I'll get her to double check there are no 'faults' and see which if any she thinks might be showable ;)
The babies are just over 4 weeks old now, we felt that they were ready to come out of the bedroom now. We have moved them into the dining room and have put up a temporary pen so that they can't wander too far just at the minute. They are loving their new found freedom :-D Most of them are now litter trained and some of them are well away eating the kitten meat. Hopefully, another few days and they will all be weaned and litter tained :cool:

Meezer babies are very forward tbh...but I've had moggy kittens weaned and litter trained at four weeks

The babies are now just over 5 weeks old. Three of the babies are well away with the weaning, one is a little slower. A couple of the babies, however, have lost a little weight in the last few days and they don't seem that keen to lap from a bowl. They didn't fancy the bottle either so out came the syringe :roll:
