I'm baking the birthday cake today...With the help of my two sidekicks (friends of mine) we shall be baking the big cake for G-grans birthday (tomorrow-but thingy on saturday)...cor i am so paranoid about something going wrong. It shall be your basic sandwhich cake (with three layers though!)-victoria spongers, jam n buttercream in between um all *as glue i guess?!* then the royal icing (im sure thats it) to cover it all, then iced in pink..it'll be probably that lttle (i cant thing of the name-wavy with lines) icing around the ends then some writing (name, happy brthiday and 80 probably) Argh i hope it goes okay! I shall post picture during and after of course!
