Re: Slightly sunny Wednesday

Sorry about the dog CM. I was wondering whether there was any news following your post the other day.

It's been a bit of a mad day here. Window man here again today; dropped boys at school, went to Waitrose (managed to sneak a quick latte whilst there ), then a whistle-stop visit to allotment where I picked about a dozen courgettes . . . need recipe for courgette soup now!

Back to school for the leavers' assembly. The 4 year 2 boys did their recalls of 'The Best of Highlands' but when the year 6 girls did, they were all in tears which set all of us Mums off too. It was a very emotional assembly.

Then back home and into town for lunch and Shrek at the cinema. I admit I fell asleep with Sebi on my lap; OH said I was snoring

Just off to bed now as I'm exhausted and feeling a bit wobbly/sick.

Stuffed courgettes are lovely too - loads of different recipes for them.

Re: Slightly sunny Wednesday

Emotional day, Yola, hope you sleep well tonight and feel better in the morning. I have a lovely recipe for zucchini which would probably work with courgettes; PM me if you'd like it.
