Garden Update

Been working hard in garden over weekend and thought I'd share some pics.
Managed to sink the stepping stones so that I can mow over them. The young silver birch are in the tree protecters.

'Mushroom corner' trimmed back all the grasses and added the other mushrooms that visitors have brought

Cherry Blossom

The fritillary on the alpine scree/rockery

The aquilgia and clematis to climb up the rowan tree

The scree/rockery

Primulas

Those are great pics; nice to see how the garden is progressing. You've done a lot of work there. I love the mushroom corner, what a nice idea! And the fritillaries look great, never grown them but now I think I might get some.

I love fritillaries - I'm going to try and naturalise them amongt the silver birch along with some bluebell or harebell.

Thank you Mags, problem is the exposure brings strong winds and severe weather.

But I agree, when I have a break it is lovely to sit back and just look at the view.
