Samson again.

I have been watching Samson for the last couple of days and I'm sure his teeth are becoming a problem. I did try to blend food today for him but he wasn't interested and even broke off some tartar with my nails but he isn't a happy boy.
He is booked in on Monday for blood tests but I think dependant on these we need to consider a dental.
I hope his kidney results are not too bad so we can consider am op, but at the same time he is hardly eating so I feel we have no choice.
Why do things have to be so hard!

Poor boy - sounds like a dental is his best option if at all possible.

Re: Samson again.

I've had a look at Samson again today and I have a bad feeling about him. He has lost weight but is still pot bellied. I have no doubt his teeth are part of the problem, but I am worried about the lymphoma too- hopefully I am just being pessimistic.

Re: Samson again.

Just home, Samson's lungs are really bad and his kidneys feel large. The bloods are being analysed just now, but he is booked in for x-rays tomorrow, the vet is concerned that the lymphoma has developed in his lungs.
