Smokey's vet visit.

I took him too the vets today. The vet is realy pleased with him. His paw has gone down a lot. They are going too see if the laeg heals its self but keep a check on it going back in 2 wks he has got too be on complete cage rest. Apart from the accident in the cage and when the vet checked him over he weed and pooh on him it was fine. The vet even cleaned the carrier out and put a puppy pad in it for him. Taking the kittens for de-flea ing and a health check next week and possibly Maisey for a spey on the 9th.

I do hope that Smokey's leg does heal on it's own. His paw having gone down is a good sign. You do sound as if you have a lovely vet, Jane. Glad it's promising news.

That was good to hear, Jane! Bless the little guy, he's a fighter. isn't he; hope the cage rest will let the leg heal. I agree, your vet sounds great.

Had to laugh at him peeing/pooing on the vet ...last time Leia was there she was so upset she peed on the examining table!
