I drive through Fairfield, past the post office every morning on my way to work. Look what happened there today.

How awful Smudgley. That's the second incident in your area that you've posted about. It would be natural if you are getting a bit worried.

Re: Terrible incident (Robbery)

I just read that and thought of you Kelly (and also of my friend who lives in Droitwich). It's so, so horrible when something like that happens on your doorstep, especially in a rural community with little or no serious criminal activity.

What a tragedy! Article in the paper recently said there's been a spike in incidents of robbery and burglary because of the difficult economic times. That poor family .......

Re: Terrible incident (Robbery)

thats terrible what a thing to happen.
we live in such violent times now. what gives these scum bags the right to do all this nastiness. theres others working hard for what they have. then u get these peices of work who say ill have that and take. gets me so angry. saying that i had to walk through my old neighbourhood yesterday. and i felt worried. never used to be like that. maybe cause id dressed up a bit. and looked decent (for a change lol) i felt like i was a target.
so they have won havnt they when u feel nervous about going out on your own. in broad daylight as well.
