Writing a reference..


I've been asked to write a reference for a friend who's applied for a job. I haven't written a reference for ages & need to get it done asap.

It needn't be long Smudgley. Be factual - how long you have known someone and in what capacity; if it's a work based reference you should mention the type of work and the level of responsibility. Employers look for honesty and adaptability and wilingness to get stuck in.
