Re: Excessive bank charges - anybody going to complain to their bank?

The Allocation Questionnaire is a questionnaire to enable the courts to allocate your place in court and decide what "track" the hearing should take i.e. fast track etc. It is very easy to fill in (if you need any help Kim - just shout) You have to give details as to how long you think the hearing will be we etc,

Re: Excessive bank charges - anybody going to complain to their bank?

Thanks Emma, we have had friends here all day and I have just not had time to get back here to explain!

Have filled it it and sent it off now, but thanks Emma. Just a quick query though. In the Section G - other information, I needed to tippex out what I wrote and started again. I did initial this, do you think it will matter?

Probably sounds silly, but I am so paranoid of getting things wrong.
