vet visit

hello All,
My little muffin and jake are booked in at the vets on tues to have there teeth cleaned. I'm a little worried about the fact they are going to be put under GA. When they come home what should I feed them only I'm thinking there little mouths will be sore. Anyone's cats out there had this done any advice would be great.
Thanks Mandy.

Re: vet visit

Cassie had a dental almost three years ago when she was 11. She was fine but quieter than usual when we collected her, probably due to a small amount of anaesthetic still being present in her body.

We were told to give her a very small amount of food at first to see if she could keep it down..... she was ok with it so we gave her another small meal a few hours later. The following day she was eating normally and displaying no signs of soreness.

I'm sure Muffin and Jake will be fine ......will be thinking of them both, good luck!
