Re: My dear Bernie

So sorry to hear this, (sorry for the late comment, not been on here for a while, smack paws). As Kim has said Bernie knows no worries for the future, he is happy for the time that he is not suffering.

I had a semi-feral cat with leukaemia which we fed but it wasn't diagnosed until it was quite far advanced..

So make the most of the precious 'extra' time that you have given yourself by getting it diagnosed early and use it wisely as extra time to spoil your dear boy rotten and treasure him with every opportune minute that you are able.

How is he today..? still blissfully unaware I hope.

Re: My dear Bernie

Thankyou. Bernie is still the adorable cuddle/drool monster he always has been. He is still going about his daily business as normal. Cannt help wondering if my vet is wrong but the only way to know for sure is to open him up and I'm not going down that road.

Re: My dear Bernie

Too right Elaine! To open him up would only introduce oxygen and could accelerate things, you're definitely doing the right thing.

SO glad to hear he's still enjoying life to the full, that's what we all want to hear. Darling man.. Long may it continue.
