Low fat food content from Meow mix


Hi everyone,

I just got a reply from the company who makes "MeowMix Market Select" & posting it here. Can't believe they responded this quickly! Hope it helps others.

These are lower than the vet's canned food (4.5% & 5% Max fat) I hope I am understanding this info correctly because the MeowMix max fat looks lower over all.

Here is their response:

with Real Chicken & Liver in Gravy = 2.30%
with Real Beef in Gravy = 2.50%
with Real Turkey & Giblets in Gravy = 3.00%
with Real Chicken & Whole Shrimp in Sauce = 2.30%
with Real Salmon & Crab Meat in Sauce = 2.50%
with Tuna & Whole Shrimp in Sauce = 3.00%
