You'd be suprised, they are such wonderful Mothers. What amazes me is how they find the warmest of sheltered places to give birth. I really don't believe that dogs would have the same sense to make such a good nest out in the cold at night & I am sure that puppies would not survive as kittens do.... but I would bet my bottom dollar that if she has had the kittens, she is safe & warm and somehow (who knows how) but somehow is getting food. |
