RIP Black Collie

on M11 near Stansted on my way home today. As it was on the inside lane we all had to swerve to avoid it.

When I got home I phoned the police and reported it, they said they would send somebody out to remove it. I wouldn't want to be a driver coming across it in the dark. I would have stopped and removed it myself but it was too dangerous as cars were swerving onto the hard shoulder.

RIP

Re: RIP Black Collie

Very sad Fran to see a dog the only consolation was that it would have been very quick. Looked as if somebody had just placed it there (no obvious sign of any injury as far as I could tell from inside the car)

God knows how it got there as all along that stretch there is fencing up, although it could have jumped it.

Re: RIP Black Collie

Poor dog and upsetting for people who saw it - even seeing a rabbit makes me feel quite sick.
