Re: Stay or move home?

well we've just moved back to the house I was brought up in (inherited it from my mum), having lived about 20yds down the road in a house that was my grand parents, so I've kept it in the family! Can't see us ever moving again

Re: Stay or move home?

If you own a property in Cornwall and have kids about the only way they'll ever get a house is for you to either sell it to them (as my paretns did our old house) or manage to leave it to them (as my mum has our new house) So we're lucky that we now have two houses that have been in the family for quite a number of years. Won't be selling either

Thanks Kazz. I know you are right, I get too emotional about these things.

Re: Stay or move home?

I like our bungalow and we do have some nice neighbours.
I would however like to think i will live by the sea one day though. I dream of a big old house with plenty of rooms and a big safe enclosed garden for the cats and dogs. It would be near a beach or maybe even have a private beach of it's own.
We would be rich enough to have a gardener and the house wouldn't need much doing to it, oh and it would have an indoor swimming pool.
Can't you tell i'm a piscean
