Erin's nursery

Sorry, another thread from me!
Erin is still sleeping in our room but we have been decorating her nursery for when she is a bit older! It was a horrible room when we moved in-in the attic with the sloping ceiling covered in polystyrene tiles that were painted like a chess board. When we took them off, a lot of the old plaster came too so we had to have the whole room re-plastered.
OH did a fantastic job painting it a 'buttermilk yellow' just before she was born and this week my stepdad and I have been adding some wall art.

This is the ceiling of the dormer window that my step dad painted (he's the artist!)

Here's Erin in front of the giraffe I painted

I'm so pleased with how it looks!

You have a lovely little girl! And what an amazing nursery! Your giraffe is so cool. And I love the colours your step dad put in the clouds of the window.

Wow what a nursery. a brilliant nursery you need to get her to name the giraffe when she is older.

What a super space Liz - I'm sure Erin will absolutely love growing up in that room. Does she have a good view out of her window (not that she'll worry about that just now!)?
