I love Cardiff - used to go there a lot on business and it was one of my favourite cities. Very pretty and seasonal . . . and that's a monster ice rink!! |

just went last Monday to see Peter Kay. Nice City but it's had a lot of money chucked at it, just like the NE and NW, us down here in the SW on the other hand get very little. The rail improvments anounnced yesterday is a classic example! |

Looks a lovely City. Often wondered if it would be worth a visit. Obviously a lot of effort put in to make it festive. The window dressing is so sweet, nice that shops go to the trouble of dressing their windows with such care. |

Lovely festive pics Mags, the ice rink looks wonderful. Did you get all your shopping done ? I'm going tomorrow, was going to Preston but have been told there is a demonstration on with lots of trouble expected. May try Southport. |

The Christmas decorations are lovely, it makes shopping pleasurable as everything is bright and cheerful. I should be on commission promoting Cardiff, shouldn't I! |
