Early(ish) Sunday Daily

To make up for yesterdays late daily I thought I would post todays daily before Sal and I set off for a nice walk.

Weather is lovely really really nice, have to get a few things done today. In no specific order really apart from No's 1 and 2.
1. Post the daily
2. Walk the dog
3. Upload the kindle (still not done that)
4. Pop to Sainsurys (shopping)
5. Sainsburys to Thomas Cook (get my Euro's)
6. Argos (pick up wrkmate for Dad)
7. Potter in the garden
8. Maybe clean the outside door and window frames
9. Roast Pork for dinner (yummy)
10. Replace the front side light bulb in the car
11. Clean the car
12. Going out with friends tonight so will not be around after 6.30ish.
13. Enjoy myself..

So all in all a quietish Sunday. Have a good day all.

Morning Kazz, Pamela and all to come. I do like seeing a daily thread when I log in!

That's some list Kazz! Will your Dad be safe with a workmate??? Enjoy your day and don't forget to breathe!

Out for breakfast Pamela? Where do you go? I'm just off to the kitchen to get mine ......

We may be meeting some friends for a dog walk this morning, there's to be another phone call after OH has finished watching the Grand Prix.

Lovely sunny day here too so hope to get out and enjoy - hope you all do the same.

Hope you enjoyed your breakfast Pamela .... we are back from our dog walk and pop in at the pub for a couple of pints. Had a good time, good walk, dogs enjoyed chasing balls and running themselves tired, good conversation and laughs and remembrance of old times and even planning a possible holiday together. Good beer and now feeling a wee bit sleepy ............

Re: Early(ish) Sunday Daily

Sounds a busy day Kazz. I had to give up on outdoor jobs due to the hailstorms- it is bitterly cold today. I ended up running in the gym rather than outdoors. Luckily I had downloaded a podcast of the 'News Quiz' to listen to but Sandi Toksvig nearly finished me off with one story. It is hard to run and laugh at the same time.
Hope your breakfast was good Pamela. Your pub lunch sounds great Angie, I'm plotting one for next Saturday as OH wants to go to a book fair so I think I can persuade him to buy me lunch nearby.
Back to work tomorrow after a week off. We didn't win the lottery so it's back to the grind.....

Re: Early(ish) Sunday Daily

evening all, we arrived back last night and have had a super duper time in Scotland.
I've been wayching lots about the Titanic and visited a museum yesterday to see an exhibition. I was up until 2.30 am listening to Titanic minute by minute on radio 2, it was very interesting but i struggled to stay awake.
Missed you all and look foward to joining in again
