reggies sneezing like crazy

hes got allergys of some sort, but he has just had a huge sneezing fit and he got quite upset about it, had to calm him down. better make an appointment for the vets for him. but what he can be given who knows, do they give cats antihistimes??

Are you possitive that it is an allergy BM? Has he always sneezed? Not sure what the vet would prescribe but it's worth popping him along to find out...Let us know how it goes

IF it is an allergy (as opposed to a cold), also consider herbal remedies. There are several good ones on the internet that will mail order stuff to you if you need it.

But best get a diagnosis first.

hes been sneezing for ages, it just gets worse now n again, but hes not ill. hes eating n drinking well. hes using the litter tray as normal. hes not sleeping any more than his normal 20 plus hours a day LOL his coats shiney n smooth. just sneezes, maybe hes alergic to cats LOL

Just a thought BM, it couldn't be connected with the new scratching post you recently got them, could it? You mentioned that they were sniffing all over it........

Is it a sisal one (like the hairy carpet type)?? It could be that the coarse tufts are annoying his sensitive nose.

He may even have a bit of sisal stuck in his nose ........

hes been sneezing for ages now, well b4 we got the post, and no im not being a bad mum, hes just not ill at all. its not a cold as his brother hasnt caught it. hes 100% fit, just sneezes alot, that why i think its an allergy. wonder if hes allergic to the dog??

It could still be a cold that has now lead to Rhinitis BM. Porsha has exactly this but all my other cats' immunity are so good that they haven't caught it..
