RIP Chippy 1994-2010


I'm sorry to say that Chippy took a turn for the worst today and had just too much going against her so after consultation with our vet we made the decision to let her go.

Seems like yesterday we picked her up in an oven chip box. I guess these will be some of my first pictures of her.



She's now cuddled up beside Bramble in the garden.

I hope this one is OK to post. She was on her blanket tonight before we burried her and Paddy came over and started to wash her. When she wouldn't move he just lay with her. This is our last picture.



Despite being a little dot of a thing she'll be missed. The kitchen where she spent 99.9% of her time already seems a strange place without her nagging for a cuddle or some biscuits.

Oh Phil, I am so so sorry. First Bramble, now Chippy.... She had a good life with you and you gave her the final gift of freedom from pain. But it is so hard ...

I am so sorry Phil, but you did the right thing for dear Chippy and let her go with dignity. RIP Chippy - run free with the other Catsey cats who have gone before.
