Daily thread - Wednesday

Hello all.
Another warmish, nondescript day. Another day for autumn allotment tidying.
OH has gone off to the optician so I am meeting him in town shortly, for a coffee and a mooch round. I have my eye on a turquoise check jacket ..... if they have it in my size it's mine - I'll do a pic. Fingers crossed.

Morning all! Grey and overcast here today...feeling most unwell (dicky stomach n all that jazz!) today, but the show must go on!
Not much planned for today...have mountains of coursework that needs too be done *shakes head* but it can wait. Have a very unhappy moglet here today...didn't choose too come home last night so this morning when i opened the door, could hear her viciouslly "swearing" to be allowed in, and saw a very soggy moggy! She hasnt moved from infront of the fire since-which is on as its so cold.
Definatley think winter is well on its way...

A bit blowy and damp here today.

Start my new job on Monday which I'm looking forward to.

Timmy spent his night outside last night cos he refused to come in. Found him 6am sleeping under the hedge

Off into town later to get a new tap for the kitchen sink. Sort of fixed it yesterday but hubby had to fiddle with it and now it's constantly leaking

Morning all, very overcast here but the temperature is still very comfortable....

Cassie came in last night about 11ish.......I don't like her being out all night so I usually stay up until she is safely indoors. It's one time when I'll be glad when the colder nights are here as she doesn't like the cold and prefers to stay indoors!

I bought some bulbs this morning so that is another job on the list!

No, no special occasion.
Holiday week after next................... oh, we're going to see Paul Simon early November.
He is a puny little oldish man now, but his music is sooo good. I will be the sad old bird, in the blue jacket, in the balcony, singing along with every track!

Is that Paul Simon of Simon & Garfunkel? I used to like them years ago!

Oh and I'm sure you will look a smart bird in your new blue jacket!
