Teddy update

Just to let you all know, we had Teddy to the vet today and he is making good progress.

His ear mites are clearing up brilliantly as is his eye discharge. His temperature is still causing a little concern but the vet seems to think he will manage to fight off this flu. He has been started on his ringworm treatment (medicine and shampoo) and doesn't need to be seen again for another 5 weeks. He hasn't been given his vacs yet as his tummy is still a little upset and because of the raised temp, but he was also wormed again today.

All in all the vet seemed very pleased by how he is coming along. He is still in quarantine for at least another week and then he will be allowed short spells with the boys. There will still be a risk that they can catch the ringworm but it is becoming more difficult to keep them apart and the vet says the risk will be minimal so heres hoping. Will keep you all informed

Thanks for the update Alex!

Pleased to hear Teddy is making good progress and I hope it won't be too long before he is given the 'all clear'.

Re: Teddy update

Hope he does well.
Another cautionary tale about free/cheap kittens - why are we such suckers?
Glad he has found you
