I was sitting on the kitchen floor (with the camera
) and he walked into a chain that's hanging down (off a chair I'm currently using as a clean-laundry storage space
) and started playing with it - just a little, but he did. A little while later he went and keened by a little crevasse in the kitchen.
His jingly ball! He trundled off to the side of the kitchen (leaving me between him and the door
still surprises me when he does that) and when I sat back down I rolled the ball towards him.
Never before has the world seen such marvellous footwork, such deft skills... Mind you, 30 seconds after I took the above picture it was stuck in that cleft beside the washing machine
I dug it out, rolled it to a convenient spot, and put on... The Magical Glove! It's a one-size-fits-all glove from Wilko's, with elastics on each finger and mice dangling from them. Dance dance, went the mice... Until disaster struck in the form of a small black cat! Wish I could've gotten pictures of that, but as you can see from the quality of the above picture and the following ones... My hand wasn't so steady and I was in a bit of a rush just to take the picture... He was like a kitten, never doing the same thing for more than 45 seconds on end, and that only rarely!
Headbump that moves into a no-holds-barred "Here is my entire body, you hold it up, ok?"
A shot of him headbumping my feet
Mainly to remind myself he really does that - I still have trouble believing it!
I just thought this one strangely cute, even though it doesn't show his face... A
second before I took this he was looking into the camera, but my finger was too slow
I'm so stupidly happy right now about the fact that we played together
