Don't let it get tenser and tenser - go and get some sort of massage - sports physio or aromatherapy. Don't think the details matter, just need to get it soothed and relaxed.

Actually DM it is not to bad today I took a gentle walk and had a nice shower with the water hitting my back lovely like massage.

Have booked in for a sauna and massage tomorrow and got an appointment with a acupuncutre (sp) lady on Monday I refuse to be beaten.

I'm glad your feeling better. I had a disc removed 4 years ago. Its no picknick. I'm disabled now. Be carefull..
