Do you do any excercise

I just wondered if any of you did any excercise apart from walking the dog of course
if you have one, and if you do do structured excercise has it improved your way of life/the way you feel?

Re: Do you do any excercise

To lose my (mega) pregnancy fat a couple of years ago I did a thing called 'toning ring'. It's a resistance exercise; takes 20 mins a day and worked wonders.

I've since done the gym but need to apply myself again and have found a gym that does both 'gym stuff' as well as exercise classes which will make for a more interesting work out routine.

Re: Do you do any excercise

I will try just eating more healthily in the new year. At work they are constantly getting bacon sandwiches, mcdonalds, sausage rolls....

I will just take a boring packed lunch in with me and try not to give in to temptation.

Maybe anyone who wants to start a diet in the new year can post a thread and we can all support each other and mark our progress!!!

I can do diets. Thats the easy bit I think. Its exercise. Wont go to a gym or anything on my own and only way to do exercise is to do it at home. No dogs to walk !!
