Grey kitten

this is the grey kitten I was telling you about on another thread, I put some kitten biscuits down outside my front door and he scoffed them down like he hasn't seen food in a week. He definately has fleas, and I managed to have a quick look at his bottom (I think it's a boy) and there were little white bits there so I think he also has worms. He's absolutely beautiful though and this pic doesnt give the full impression of his bright green eyes.

Re: Grey kitten

He's a lovely looking boy Alex, have you decided what you are going to do about him yet?

Re: Grey kitten

He looks a bit boney, poor thing.
Have you got any worm pills? He would probably eat one quite easily if you could hide it in a bit of cheese etc

Re: Grey kitten

I'm waiting on my friend getting back to me. Her sister is talking to her OH about him today and if she wants to see him I'll grab him the next time I see him out the window. If she doesn't want him, then I'll give him some of the kitten wormer I have in the house. He had 2 little tortie girls going about with him today, so I suspect they are his litter mates, but they weren't keen on letting me have a look at them. I got a little rub off one and when I went back inside the house they came over for some food. Will just have to wait and see what happens now.

Re: Grey kitten

Alex - I hope you manage to secure the kitten. It's such a shame when they're neglected. And the grey chap is super . . . a real looker.

Re: Grey kitten

the torties were smaller than him and more boney, they were very skittish compared to the grey. he was willing to be petted but the girls shied away from me, beautiful little thing too.

None of them have collares on now either. they did a few days ago (very ragged they were)

Re: Grey kitten

we have, but what I have decided to do is rehome the grey if poss, chat amongst the neighbours and see if I can find out who they actually belong to and then contact either the rspca or cpl. i will keep a close eye on them in the meantime and put out some food for them every day
