No fireworks here yet, deo gratis - he seriously would not have coped. No, I'm keeping the boys in after tea (5pm) now, much to Bentley's disgust. It'll be getting dark at that time after the clock change, so I thought we might as well get intp winter routine and be prepared for the bang-bang season.

oh, my, I'm so relieved - and exhausted. Mental exertion and all that, no doubt.

Just read this DM, what a worry that must have been for you. I'm glad it's ended with relief all round... I wonder if Chester wandered just that bit too far and lost his bearings....
