No he shone a light in my ear then prescribed the tablets I've got to take (the anti inflammatry ones)

I would go back then if it hasnt cleared up and get a second opinion, so many things can go wrong with untreated ear infections.

To be honest I agree with Erin. I wouldn't wait on Monday. Either go today or go to the minor ailments dept at the hospital. There open 24/7
