rescue of a Squirrel

tonight as we were watching tv, Howard remarked that he thought he could see a Squirrel up a lamp post.
Sure enough there was, it was part way up and just behind the 20mph sign.
Then i noticed the neighbours cat sat waiting at the bottom.
The Squirrel was begining to panic as i went out.I picked the cat up, who of course resisted being taken away from his intended prey and kept him distracted whilst the Squirrel escaped.
