that's certainly a change from hospital food! You'll definitely Know you're out after having assaulted your taste buds (and tummy!) with that kind of food!

OK then! Just I know several people who tell me that spicy food that is Very Spicy can bring on heartburn and other minor complaints.

Still, if yours will see it as a tonic, then go ahead!

Oh, and I'm another who likes spice, but only to mild level!
