Eileen that is now the family mantra no heavy lifting or bending down.... she is fine actually says her eye is a little bruised that she can feel but nothign external to see a slight bit of bloodshot in her eye but she tells us it seems clearer already...so fingers crossed. Checkup two weeks then other eye in 2 months. Went into hospital at 8 operated on at 8.30 and out and home by 10.15

It astounded me what a quick and painless operation it is; nothing as bad as I'd feared. I'm so pleased it went well, Kazz.

Amazing how often you drop things, and need to bend over for various reasons: never realized that until I had the op!!
