Cataracts


Mom going into hospital tomorrow to have her first eye done with cataract surgery. Hopefully she will be able to see the burnt bits on the food and hopefully we will keep Dad underwraps incase she see's him clearly and wonders hat happened to the man she married 50 odd years ago.

It will be fine at last she will be able to see us rather than us bellowing at her "Mom...Nan,......over here...No here" Gotta hide Dad though...........mind you no idea how bad her eyesight is.......she can see with glasses for all we know they can't see each other. And only locate each other from the clicks of their hearing aids.......

Been there, done that, she'll be just fine and it's incredible how much better your sight is ... back to 20-20! Trouble is, easier to see the dust bunnies you couldn't before.......
