Perhaps the bunny would be happier not being handled.... most hate being picked up as they are prey animals...

I am not sure if they are handling the rabbit tbh, I get the impression that she is scared of him.
Am hoping they come into the shop again soon so I can talk with them about it. If not we do keep an animal register in which customers who buy an animal have to sign and give us their names and addresses, so I may contact them as it cannt be a very happy situation for either of them.
