Monday Daily Thread??

Can't find one, where is everybody?

Lovely day here, preview of Spring: up to 11 degrees already before noon, lots of sun and a bit of March wind. Snowdrops are blooming, and the crocus were but the %*# #@! squirrel has already eaten the flowers...saw him at it yesterday and they are all gone now!!!!! Did my usual market run and am about to fix lunch ....

Enjoy the day, all.....

Re: Monday Daily Thread??

Yes good sunny day here too, but a bit of a cold wind and really nippy when the sun went behind the clouds.

Did a lot today - cleaned our bedroom and washed all the bedding, OH cut down the dogwoods and did some other tidying in the garden; MIL was seated outside well wrapped up and helped with cutting up all the stalks. Then after lunch we sorted some of the dreaded paperwork out (why is there SO MUCH?) and burned all the stuff that thieves use to steal people's IDs. Feeling a bit tired now, so having some Catsey time and then I think I'll prepare supper and go and have a shower.

Good grief, looks even more when it's written down.

Looked in on Catsey around lunchtime - there was hardly anything going on!

Feeling very tired today as my poor sleep pattern has been really awful lately, I just want to go to sleep! Think I'll have a nap after we've eaten, I hope I can stay awake long enough to do dinner!

It's been a very nippy day here, but the daffodils are looking particularly cheerful in the garden now. Sorry to hear you've lost your crocuses DM, dratted squirrel!

Re: Monday Daily Thread??

It's been another very busy day. Had more enquiries on my copywriting website so have been doing quotes which has been quite time consuming. My first copywriting client (the bathroom chap) is coming down to visit me tomorrow so need to look the part for that!

Had Dominik's parents' evening late afternoon - what a great review. Apart from some small concentration issues in his numbers lessons he is one of the most charming, willing and sweet children she's ever had the pleasure of teaching. Wow. Her words . . . I'm quite proud of that

Sebi has a rotten cold. I hope he sleeps through!, he's ever so snuffly.
