Persian cats!!!

The Cp up here have picked up 10 Persian cats wandering along a country road, 4 last week then the rest days apart, there would have been 11, but one was killed on the road, they look like mum and kittens which are about 8 months old and very small, gorgeous colour points too Someone has obviously dumped them!!!!

Oh how dreadful - poor mites. You're not offering to foster them all I take it Moli?

Why oh why can't people just hand them in. I'll never understand the mentality of some folks.

Re: Persian cats!!!

Oh my. How desperately sad I too cannot understand, with the publicity that is around why people don't hand them into vets, CP or the RSPCA - surely it's not that much more trouble? WHY dump animals where they will be vulnerable to all kinds of danger.

But actually, having said that, I've just written press release for my local CP about just that. A kitten that was dumped on a canal path and (thankfully) found and adopted by a local woman.

Re: Persian cats!!!

Poor babies how awful.
It sees my vet was right! It's that time of year and the cruel people get cold hearted and dump cats. Hope these fluff balls get homes real soon.
