Timmy's at the vets today

Poor Timmy has come in this morning limping badly He's putting hardly any weight on his front leg. He's curled up on my lap at the moment looking very sorry for himslef.

I've just phoned my vets and he's got an appointment at 3:50pm

Re: Timmy's at the vets today

I've checked his claws and they aren't scragged so I don't think he's had a run in with a car. He has got a habbit of climbing trees and does tend to fall out of them so I'm wondering if he's fallen and landed awkwardly

Re: Timmy's at the vets today

Maybe a fight, he's been in they dont have to have been much of a scuffle to hurt their paws, unless he's found a dying bee or something and got stung, you will let us know won't you Naomi - he's young and fit he'll be fine.

Re: Timmy's at the vets today

Timmy's not done any serious damage thank goodness. He has a slightly raised temperature but nothing to worry about. He's to be kept in for 5-7 days and the vet seems to think that he's twisted his leg. Timmy's on Metacam for 5-7 days but apparently it can make them sick. He's to be kept in for rest...yeah like that's gonna happen with Tilly about
