Im so pleased

We had a dog flap fitted about 12 days ago (im a real worrier and hate the thought of there ever being a fire here while ed and i are out and my babies being stuck in the house)we have been trying to train the dogs to use it from day one but they are just not interested,Choc wouldnt even go through it when we had tapped the flap open, even when I was on the other side waving cheese about .
Well anyway Ed has just stuck Lil out to go to the toilet (she HATES going out in the rain)and 5 seconds later shes back in,she used the flap!!!!!!!!!!!
We were that excited and kept telling what a good girl she was,she got really excited then did a wee in the kitchen
We have tried to get her to use it again by putting her outside, she came half way through then decided she wasnt playing anymore and backed out and sat outside the back door barking bless her!!!!!!

A saying comes to mind Erin...... "You can't teach an old dog new tricks"

Seriously, I hope they both get used to it soon!
